Registration Fees

Early bird fee is applicable until midday of Friday 4 April 2025 (CET).

Registration fee covers: Conference pack, 9 coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner.

  • Full registration fee (Early Bird): €295
  • Reduced registration fee (Early Bird) (students and lower income countries): €230
  • Full registration fee (Early Bird) - current DiGRA members: €255
  • Reduced registration fee (Early Bird) (students and lower income countries) - current DiGRA members: €210
  • Full registration fee (Early Bird) - online participation: €225
  • Reduced registration fee (Early Bird) (students and lower income countries) - online participation: €160
  • Full registration fee (Early Bird) - current DiGRA members (online participation): €185
  • Reduced registration fee (Early Bird) - current DiGRA members (students and lower income countries): €140

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations may be made by sending an email. 75% will be refunded up to 7 April 2025 and 50% will be refunded up to 2 May 2025. After that date, no further refunds will be possible.
